We offer complimentary standard shipping to anywhere in Canada with the option of express shipping for $45. A signature is required for all deliveries.
Please allow 3 business days for processing of standard shipments plus an additional 5 business days for delivery. Please allow 8 business days from the initial order date to receive your shipment. Shipping timelines may vary in some regions.
Express orders will be processed in 2 business days plus an additional 2 business days for delivery. Please allow 4 business days from the initial order date to receive your shipment. Shipping timelines may vary in some regions.
Return Or Exchange Policies
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of your delivery date. We hope you love your new Periphery! However, if it doesn’t work out, you have 10 business days from order receipt to return your order to our warehouse for return or exchange. Returns received beyond 10 business days are subject to online store credit. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
What Are The Return Terms?
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused and the original branding, label and hangtag(s), as originally attached & included. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return or issue a refund. All products purchased through one of our independent retailers, must be returned to the store in which they were purchased. We cannot dictate or intervene in independent store exchange or return policies.
How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
Please email email@example.com for a return/exchange authorization number and note the order number. For exchanges, please note the new item number, size and color you would like. Ship your Parcel with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense to our warehouse in Toronto.
Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow us 3 to 7 business days to process your return/exchange. We will send a confirmation email upon receipt and approval of your return. Any item returned that does not meet all of the above criteria will not be accepted, and will be returned to the sender. We do not refund shipping fees. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment.
Exchanges will be sent after processing. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive the new item. Processing times may vary due to holiday periods. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
